About Me
Spanish by birth and Irish by adoption, I cherish my two countries and cultures. When I switch off translator mode, you can find me hiking or giving life to riveting characters with my community drama ensemble. Giving back is important, so I also volunteer my skills to Translators Without Borders.
Mission & Vision
I like to think of translators as alchemists of the word, distilling knowledge from one code (source language) into another (target language). Anything galvanised by an alchemist worth their salt must be flawless in meaning, fluent, idiomatic and natural. And that is what I can help you with.

Why Me?
With so many language professionals out there, choosing the right one for your project can be daunting.
Well, this is what makes me stand out.
Since I graduated in 2006, I have been combining salaried positions that enabled me to gain extensive expertise in fields like localization and content management, with freelance projects that I loved. In 2008, I moved to Dublin, where I was lucky enough to build a solid career and grew up into the Spairish adult that I am today. For 15 years, I have helped top tech companies -such as Google and Amazon- excell at what they do, while I built connections between Spain and Ireland.
In the ever-changing world we live in, speed matters. But speed is nothing if it is not paired with a solid strategy and proper organisation. I will always offer you the best option according to your needs and timelines, striking the best balance possible between speed and quality.
After having worked for 12 years in the (allegedly) most customer-centric company on Earth, when faced with ambiguity, I always ask myself “what is the best thing to do for the end user”. And that is what I do.
I am committed to outstanding quality, which means that I would never take up a job for which I cannot ensure the level of quality you are looking for. If the subject is not within my field of speciality, or the deadline could be comprised due to other projects, etc., I would be happy to refer you to a trusted colleague.
Many translators market themselves as bilingual, trilingual or even more, oftentimes without having even lived out of their home country for a significant period of time (I’m sure you see the red flag already). I have bases both in Dublin and Madrid, and spend significant time in both cities. This not only ensures that my linguistic skills are always well oiled, but that I keep abreast of any societal, political and cultural changes happening in both cultures/countries.
